Who we are

KNIGHTLIGHT ASSET ADVISORY LLC (“KnightLight”, “we”) is a Michigan limited liability company. This notice explains what happens to the information you send us through the contact form on this website. Questions: support@knightlight.io.

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we receive:

• your name
• your email address
• the subject, if you add one
• your message

With each submission, our form provider also records your IP address, your browser type and the page you sent it from. This is used to deliver the form and screen out spam.

This site does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.

The videos on our Videos page are YouTube embeds. Each one loads only when you click play. Until then, nothing is sent to YouTube, and only after you click can YouTube set cookies.

Why we use it

Only to read and reply to your inquiry. We do not add you to a mailing list or use your details for marketing.

Who processes it

Netlify, Inc. hosts this website and runs the contact form. Netlify stores each submission, screens it for spam (using Akismet) and sends a copy to our team’s email inbox, which is hosted by Google Workspace. These providers handle your information only to provide their services to us.

We do not sell or share your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions, and the emails about them, for 12 months, then delete them. If your inquiry leads to a business relationship with us, we keep the related records for as long as that relationship and our legal and tax obligations require.

Your choices

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email support@knightlight.io, ideally from the address you used on the form, so we can confirm the request is yours. We will reply within 45 days.

California residents

Whether or not the law requires it, we honor requests from anyone to know, correct or delete the personal information we hold, and we won’t treat you differently for asking. We do not sell or share personal information. Because this site does no tracking, Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals do not change how it works. You, or an agent you authorize, can email support@knightlight.io.

Children

This site is not meant for children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of this page.
